Four Foundations / Refuge Prayer
This excerpt “Four Ordinary Foundations / Refuge” is from “Chariots of Deliverance – The Supreme Path” written by the 7th Karmapa Chodrak Gyatso (1454-1506).
This version was translated and published thanks to the efforts of Tsultrim Jeltsen, Ven. Lama Samten and his early students at Karma Choeling Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, near Auckland, New Zealand.
Base audio recorded late August 2001 at Karma Choeling, led by the Lama. The photos are my originals.
